Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt. They should be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition.

Process:

Contact our customer service at hello@mashd-k.co.za to initiate the return process.

Provide your order number and reason for the return.

We will guide you through the return process and provide a return shipping label if applicable.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Exchanges: If you wish to exchange your item for a different one, please mention this in your return request, and we will assist you in making the exchange.

Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping costs may apply unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
